Any additional repairs or parts may be subject to additional charges, depending on any current warranty. This plan does not cover repairs or parts resulting from neglect, abuse, accidents, intentional acts, or other unforeseen events. Other restrictions and conditions may apply.

Sew E-Z Machine Preventive Maintenance Guide

At the first sign of a problem, unthread your machine top and bottom and rethread. Make sure your presser foot is in the up position, the take-up lever is in the highest position, and the thread is in all tension discs.
Is your needle in correctly, bent or has a burr on the tip?
Change your needle every time you put in a new pre-wound bobbin or 3rd machine wound bobbin and put a drop of oil in the center of the bobbin casing.
Use good quality needles, such as Schmetz or Organ Titanimum.
Use quality thread in a horizontal position.
Clean your bobbin case every day before you start sewing.
Run your machine at a sensible speed, especially when embroidering.
Never wind one thread on top of another on a bobbin

· Sewing machine clean, oil and adjust mechanical models is $79.99. Our price is $69.95.

· Stand alone embroidery machines (MC11000, 10001, 350E, 200E) is $119.98. Our price is $79.95.

· Serger is $89.99. Our price is $79.95.

· Minimum service charge is $30.00. We don't have a minimum charge.
